How About A Trip to the Zoo?

If you want to go, download the permission form at the bottom of the page, fill it out, and return it to the parish office with the fee by June 8th.

Here are the final details.

I ask that everyone arrive at the church by 9:45am with their completed permission form and the $15 fee for tickets. We will depart from Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton at 10:00am and arrive at the Zoo at approx. 11:30am. We will have lunch in the park so make sure you bring some lunch money. We will depart from the zoo at 5:00pm and be back at SEAS by 6:30pm.

Please wear shoes that are appropriate for walking long distances. Also, dress for temperatures in the mid to upper 80’s. Sunscreen is also a good idea.

Fayetteville Deanery Soccer Game and Cookout

On Saturday, April 6th our group will be joining youth from St Ann, St Patrick, and Good Shepherd for our annual soccer game and cookout. We are going to need players and fans to cheer on the games.

Come out and join us for an afternoon of fun in the sun!

Mardi Gras Dinner!

The youth of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton would like to invite you to join us on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 7:00pm for a Mardi Gras Dinner

Come out and enjoy a Caribbean inspired meal and then dance the evening away!

Representatives from the youth will be in the gathering space after each Mass to help you with tickets

Proceeds from the dinner will help to fund the annual Beach Retreat held in May.

Tickets are $15 for an individual and $25 for a couple.

Childcare will be available as well.

Beach Retreat 2019!


You have heard others talk about it all year long, now is the time for everyone to sign up to be a part of this annual weekend of awesomeness!

What is the Beach Retreat?

Beach Retreat is a weekend long event that allows youth from the 8th grade through their Sophomore year of college to get away from all the stress and hustle of day-to-day life.

Where do we go?

Our retreat is held each year in Salter Path, NC at The Trinity Center.

The Life: Bowling Nite!

On Friday, February 8th we are going bowling!

We have three lanes reserved from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Dragon Lanes on Fort Bragg. Round up your friends and join in for a night of fun!


When: Friday, February 8th, 6:30pm – 9:30pm
Where: Meet at the church before heading to the bowling alley. Or you can meet us there!
Cost: $10 (Includes shoe rental and unlimited bowling!)

Cumberland County Special Olympics (Volunteer Opportunity)

Special Olympics Large

The Cumberland County Special Olympics will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019. We have been offered the opportunity to assist with this wonderful event.

What is needed?

Volunteers are needed to accompany groups of participants around a circuit of events that will be set up for them.

Who can help?

We need 15 teens to step forward to sign up by March 10th deadline.

Where will it be held?

The Cumberland County Special Olympics are hosted by Methodist University in the football complex. There is a map at the bottom of this page to help you navigate through campus.

When do I need to be there?

Volunteers need to be onsite and ready to work at 8:00am. The event lasts until around noon. If all goes as planned, you will be finished for the day by 1:00pm. If you sign up to help, you CANNOT arrive late or leave early. Doing so could possibly leave the group of participants you are assigned to without anyone to guide them. If you cannot commit to the duration of the event, please do not sign up.

This is a school day, what about my absence?

It has been negotiated with the high school principals for any teen that attends a Cumberland County School to receive an excused absence for the day. A letter will be delivered to each school attendance clerk the Monday after the event to provide the needed documentation.

Any other details?

Breakfast will be provided at the time of arrival and lunch will be catered for those that help.

Dress in clothes that will allow you run and jump and stay warm. You will be provided with a staff T-shirt when you arrive.
